Technological advances have made it possible to artificially manufacture alternatives to mined diamonds with such precision and realism that it has become more difficult for skilled jewellers to tell the difference. This is not the case with earlier alternatives used in cubic zirconia jewellery and the like.
While testing laboratories are working to develop procedures so that they can reliably differentiate between natural and lab created gemstones, the fact that they must use sophisticated equipment to make that determination very clearly suggests that the stones will be indistinguishable from mined stones to the naked eye.
We would like to set up a foundation and donate a percentage of our sales to help provide funds that will improve impoverished communities affected by mining. With your support, it will help us take these small steps that will make such a big difference to those affected.

No greenhouse emissions, water or air pollution results from the creation of the IQ Diamond. No devastated ecosystems are associated with it, nor do we use hazardous chemicals, radiation or other environmentally dangerous substances and processes.
More than 250 tons of earth needs to be excavated to find just one carat of mined diamond and we believe that our small steps can make such a big difference to communities both near and far, together with our changing attitudes towards humanity.
